I've seen a lot of people mention that clans benefit from having members graduate the academy and attain their 2nd prof change. But what about the 1st change? For example if an orc fighter enters the academy and THEN changes to a raider, does it benefit the clan? Thanks =)
Clan gets more points for people of lower level down to 16 lvl of the toon (the time they are invited to academy is the point to measure the level).
So, if you invite 16 lvl toon instead of 20 lvl (with profession change quest done), you'll get more clan reputation points.
Other than that 1st profession change quest or actual 1st profession change gives no additional points.
