Can we exchange D weapons by any NPC?

My question is if we can exchange top D weapons in any trader.

I have a Maingauche+1 and want to trade for a demon fang.

If i can trade, can i keep the +1?

They can be exchanged by the Blacksmith of Mammon for free (and keep the +1). They can be upgraded at the same place for a fee of Ancient Adena but you lose the +1.

You can trade your weapon with the blacksmith of Mammon. He will do it free of charge and you will keep the +1 (if the weapons are of equal value).

You can find the Blacksmith of Mammon 1 out of 2 weeks, in catacombs are Necropolis.

You have to join Dawn/Dusk and your side has to win...

Don't get demon fangs - they can later not be exchanged for any other type of weapon. Go for the staff of life or save yourself the upgrade.

No worries - you can't get Demon Fangs with this upgrade anyway
