Clan Privileges

I'm a leader of a lvl 0 clan and i would like to give privileges in a specific member of my clan. But i can only give privileges in the whole 1st rank group and not only to the desired person. When i choose his char name and press "Privileges" all the checkbox options are disabled(grey color). But if i press "Edit Privileges" i can change the privileges for groups as "1st rank", "2nd rank" etc. but in this way all the members of the group are assigned to this privileges...

Can anyone help?

im kind of confused too about clan privilledges.
and i got a lvl 4 clan :).
any help could be usefull

You set them by rank now, then assign your members into the ranks according to what you want them to have.

I already tried this...but i can assign a specific player to a rank because tha button "change rank" is disabled too...

I suppose that because of clan;s lvl 0 i can do this...

Any help ?
