Psycho Symphony and Arrest

first off, i thougth sword symphony was magical. but it takes SS. so i thought ok, it does "physical" dmg (meaning it cuts down HP) so i guess its a physical atk. so..

1. why the heck doesnt psycho symphony and arrest use sps when it IS a magical atk (doesnt use ss either)? its clearly the same as root. its clearly the same as any debuff.

2. does matk and mdef effect on the landing?

3. does the caster's tats make any difference? if so, which one.

First of all if the skill doesnt require a spellbook its not a magic skill . Dryad Root and Arrest is not the same skill at all so its no reason it would take sps to cast it.
