Orc Shaman/OL/WC buffs, and SA buffs?

Hi all,

I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but my searches didn't turn up anything.

If I have an SA buff like Bless The Body, Magic Regen, Focus, Magic Shield, etc. on my weapon will those potentially land on members of my party/clan with my Orc Shaman buffs? I guess the same would go for SA debuffs (Magic Hold, Weakness, Silence, etc.) and my AoE spells in PvE and PvP. Or do they only have a chance to land on targeted buffs/spells?

They will land only on the target you have when casting that spell, or so it was in C4.

The only one I've had experience with is the BtB SA and yes, it can affect the entire party on a group heal.

thats wrong, on untargeted ally or party wide buffs, SA staffs will only land on the person casting them.

From my Overlord and my Hellknife w/Mental Shield.

If you have no "target" the buff applies to you.
If you have a "target" the buff applies to the "target"

If you are using a group or Alliance buff/heal no-one other than you (or the person you have currently 'targeted') will have a chance to recieve the weapons 'SA buff'.
