Im exicted about c5 and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone wearing the new accesorries they addded this chronicle. But, I haven't seen anyone wearing any or even selling any besides the little angel wing recipe. How do I get these new items or how can they be crafted?
It took him a lot of time of fishing (he says the only time that's decent now is night) and some trading to get all 20 key mats. He's had all the gems for awhile now.
Are nights generally better for fishing, or is it just better for the parts at night?
The parts for the new acessories can only be obtained at night, in addition to the fishing being much better. You catch upper grade fish at night, which are far less likely to have nothing in them when you open one. The fish hp gauge switches up sometimes at night though, and pumping and reeling have the opposite effect. Keeps you on your toes. :D
I have a question, i'm at lv 21 in my fishing skills etc. While i can get goggle parts, party hat parts, angel wing parts, and so on. I have yet to get a feathered hat part. Can i get feathered hat parts with my current skill level? or is the feathered hat parts just so bloody rare?
I NEED to get that goggle hat for my dwarf! And that red mask (not party, the theatrical one) for my bishop to be :D Maybe. Not entirely sure of the mask yet :)

My guess is that the cowboy hat comes from rune or goddards clan halls can anyone verify ?
so far only from fishing at night in godad can you get the rec. and parts.
I heard a rumor that you could get (party hat or feather hat) from FoR hall, but asking the clan on my server they stated that only monicle is in there commen items.
I know personally from PTS, that aden & godad hall carries Little angel wing. while rune has the Fairy antena.
Really? so it really depends on the area you can get the feathered hat parts? If so, that explains why i've gotten 20 angel pieces , 12 goggle pieces, 15 party hat pieces, and 8 of those fairy pieces and no feathered hat pieces at all. Unless that's just horrible luck and it doesn't matter where you do it.
Where at in goddard? I started fishing near the frozen lake and finally managed to get a feathered hat fabric. Maybe goddard is better, but where exactly? near the stakato nest?
I really really doubt that but i might be wrong. But I just wanna say lol if they are fishable i mean the normal rec have such nice droprate. But on the other hand if it were fishable i believe that some of the drop sites would show it. I guess only time will tell.
I was getting feathered hat parts at expertise 26, location doesn't matter so long as the fishing is done at night. The gentleman I got the recipe from said it was from a contested hall. Who held the Beast Farm or Fortress of the Dead on the PTS? He told me it could also be fished for, but the more I fished the more I began to doubt that. Unfortunately, we don't seem to have the devil horns in the NA version of the game.
To get an idea of the sheer volume of parts in the feathered hat recipe, other fashion accessories sell at the NPC for 250K, whereas the hat NPC's for a mil.
Well, on the brightside, getting red fishies, fishing near frozen lake, yeilded me 5 hat pieces, usually get 1-2 a night worth of fishing with about 10 other pieces mixed of angel wing, antenna, goggles, etc. I guess i'll become quite rich at this rate. Already made 9 mil just selling the goggles/wings/antenna etc. By the time I get all the pieces i'll be quite a bit richer.
Although, JasonM, can you at least say how many key mats it takes to make the hat? is it 20? 40? I know scales are probably needed same with 400 fish gems and 200 shiny fish gems right?
I've gotten TONS of red scales, really, it's 1 out of 3 for me for scales. I also am getting the white scales which is about 1 out of 4 small white fish, albiet rarer, since i've only gotten 30ish white scales. I'll probalby be forced to buy the white scales if they are required to make the hat.
Yea for the most part, in one night i can get around 130 red scales, 2 feathered hat, and an assortment of other key mats. Maybe 20-30 shiny fish gems also. I imagine if i had one more level, i presume the next fish skill for me is lv 64, since i'm 63 right now. That i would be getting a lot more feathered hats off of white fish, but hey, as long as i get them at the rate i am, i'll become slightly richer and get more of the mats to make it.
Although i agree, where did you get the recipe? Looks like i'll be buying that one, i doubt it comes from fishing however if it does come from fishing i'll eventually get it haha.
Although one last thing for my editation, to those that made the feathered hat, can you at least post up the recipe or send me in the general direction of the recipe? I'd love to know what it takes to create it so i know what i'm aiming for in terms of scales.
