B grade armor for a BH

Hi all,
I would like to have some suggestions as my BH is approaching 52 now (finally) and would like to be ready with some decent gear when this happens.
I know this has probably been asked before, but I would like to base your suggestions on the fact that most times I will play solo (no box or slave.. just me) maybe with GSAP or Haste/Alacrity..

BTW, can I also have suggestions on what tats would be better to apply to such toon (still no buffs, no box no slave) :)

for full dorf soloing at B grade you want bw heavy and +4 str -4 con
weapon is kinda tricky but i'd say a set of focus duels or maybe a 2 hander

soloing a dorf really isnt as fun as most ppl think though

It's not even particularly fun with 2 buffslaves. It'd be better if they'd give my EE haste tho...

yeah, I have a 54WS that took quite a long time to get there..
but hey, im not in a hurry so.. :)
plus i really like the toon.. I must be the only one tho :p

I was thinking about Doom armor..
What made u avoid it as a proper suggestion?

It doesn't increase your patk any, only gives you +con (face it, what dwarf needs MORE hit points?) and -str.

Blue Wolf, or Avadon w/ shield & blunt if you can't afford the BW.

Go BW heavy, +15 it and you'rr off with a doom shield and a +3 aoba.... gg

thanks everyone for the suggestions, I will start putting aside the parts for the BW then.. :)

But I have another small question. .I noticed too that BW heavy gives +4 STR. My 54WS got +4STR -4CON tat when he hit lvl40. Does the tat stack with the BW Heavy +4STR as well or not?
If i look in the stats of my dorf I dont see +7 STR.. is this because the max modifier is +5?
This is the reason why I wasnt sure about BWHeavy..
If they dont stack, I could just get a +4STR -4CON tat then?
Or should I apply another type of tat?

1) your tattoo and the + STR from BW stack
2) you will only see the + or - from your tattoos in your basic stats, never from your set
3) You can't go more then +5 with your tattoos but its perfectly possible to go higher then that with set advantages.
4) +4 DEX seems the only tat you could add that makes a difference.
