Starting all over again

Hi guys,
I just reactivated my account after 1 and a half years of not playing and i have completely forgotten everything about my gladiator, so i have a couple questions:
1) how do i get my force up to be able to use the sonic blast ability
2) where is the best place for me to grind at level 40?

I know some of you are biting at the bit to flame me and call me a noob now but please, spare me, im just trying to learn how to play again so serious answers would be much appreciated.

Try leveling around Ivory Tower.

1) use the "focus sonic" skill. find it in the skill trees here in the library section.

2) stock up on potions for windwalk, haste, and healing, and take yourself to gator island or to the timak orcs outside of oren if you have a healer.

tips on frugality: dont use SS, hunt green mobs, use skills. try not to burn up all your mp on one mob :p
