coin of magic quest

Ok. You start out as a level 3 member. You can increase your level to 2 and then 1 by collecting more coins. My question is this. Can I keep trading coins for level 3 or 2 if I raise my level to 1? Right now I am only level 3 and will raise it to level 1, but still want to be able to trade for the level 3 items. Thanks in advance. :D

As far as I know, you can't.

In C4 I could - I don't see why it would change in C5. I'm lvl 1 and I exchanged coins for stuff that was at level 3.

Level 3 trader can trade for level 3 only
Level 2 trader can trade for level 2 and 3
Level 1 trader can trade for level 1, 2, 3 and can start the Royal Coin member quest to earn Kail's coins (used for A weapon recipes)
