what class has good status effects and dmg

i know it has to be a mystic but which face should i go with and what class change should i go with i usually like messing up peoples status and stuff so what class/race to choose has to have good dmg to and please try not to use things like SR> and stuff im new and dont know what that means

Necromancer, probably.

overlord...a orc mystic class.

or necro..but most PvP is mostly only a surrender then nuke nuke... thats about it.

necromancers have at least 12 debuffs
most of them are either low lvl or useless in pvp but landing 12 debuffs on a fully buffed target is more effective than cancell is
that being said 99% of necromancer fights will be, curse gloom nuke nuke nuke incorrect target

Well, there's alsp paralyse - I suppose that qualifies as a debuff, in a way. :p

Nah, Para / Anchor would kind of ruin my idea of trying to land all the Debuffs on a hero :p
