It didn't take me too long to net myself the Greater Fish Oil (100%) and Premium Fish Oil (100%) recipes, but what of the many other common craft recipes available? I expected to find the ones for making antidotes and healing potions in the beginning areas, but so far the only common craft recipes I have found were through fishing. Are the recipes that rare or is there a certain method for getting the common craft recipes?
You can't get any recipes other than oil recs without buying them from either the Fishing NPC (for colored scales) or from Clan Halls.
Not true anymore....sort of.
You can 'trade' with the fishing manager in a town for some of the various accessory recipes. (Party mask, monocle, etc.) But a large number are still AWOL.
Yeah. Leave it up to NCSoft to make "Common" recipes...entirely *UN*Common.
having the common recipes so limitedly available from select clan halls, makes for some very rare recipes. Its a pain in the butt to get one, especially so close to C5s release, they are nearly non exsistant.
I don't know why oh why they couldn't make the **** things fishable. Rare, but obtainable by the "common" player.
I hate having to rely on huge, rich clans, to kindly sell me a recipe for an insanely inflated price. I don't mind forking over the cash for these recipes, I would just like that money to go to a fellow fisherman.

Me either as long as my fellow fisherman isn't permanently out on coffee break when fishing.
