I and several other heroes on Sieghardt have been unable to collect the 100k noblesse gate passes we were supposed to receive from becoming hero, apparently because we did not attempt to collect them until after C5 went live.
We've been engaged in in-game petitions and e-mail support for quite some time now. E-mail support seems to be saying, "Thank you for the bug report, we would like to close your ticket now."
The reason why I'm posting this is to ask if there is going to be a fix of some kind coming, in which case all of us can quit pestering NC staff and clogging the petition queues.
If there isn't a blanket fix in the works, could a kind GM please verify our reports and either enable us to collect the passes from the Olympiad Manager or (more simply, perhaps) increase the number of Noblesse Gate Passes in our inventories by 100,000? Help in this matter would be much appreciated.
