So que pasa hombres?

I thought there was supposed to be a change in C5, but I don't notice any difference between my duals and being empty handed. Is this the same for a bow too? If so I'm going shopping...

In C5 only Bows & Polearms where affected. By Accu & Casting Spd. Anything else like duals were just a rumour by people, & mages still use them with no penalty :D
