MelaQuinn Sep 18, 2006, 3:53 PM #1 Quick question. Has anyone done a lvl by lvl accounting of the sp cost for each skill from C4 to C5 and if so where can I find it? Lvling Mela on Franz and I dont remember lvl 3 weapon mastery costing 6700sp.
