Sorry, my engrish no good, maybe I did not catch few nuances in this sentence, but does that mean that clan member (character) has to be level 4 or below, or clan level has to be level 4 or below?
* It is now possible to obtain A Grade armor recipes with the Spoil skill.
* It is now possible to obtain A Grade helmet recipes (60%) through monster hunting. Sealed Majestic Circlets and Sealed Helm of Nightmare recipes can be obtained through the Spoil skill as well.

2. Level 75 BH Looking For Group on Kain! You need A-grade Helmet Recs? Come talk to yo' sistah Lavi...hook her up with a party, maybe she can hook you up with a recipe ;). I knew there was a reason I levelled a BH all the way to 75.
I'm sad to say but you gonna need to delevel Joaquin, the mob who spoil the A grade helmet rec is 69, thoght your just 1 lv abow blue so you should still be able to do it somewhat OK. Just 30% penelty

They changed the clanhall Manager buffs... you ALWASY need to click again trough the menu after ONE buff...
Theres nothing in the patch notes about this and i cannot see any reason for this change.
I need 16 buffs and need always to click again, again and again to the buff menue... sry NC but this really bad.
I'm a bit confused about this change in rep point loss. When I (clan lvl 5) get killed by someone in a lvl 4 clan, does my clan lose rep points? Would be unfair if I could lose rep points, but not get them back.

This needs to be fixed ASAP, no way you could have changed this on purpose. And while you are at it make the dam window bigger so that all the buffs are shown so you dont have to scroll down to get the ones near the end of list..
lol a grade helms will go down in price but i dont think it will be anything like some are hoping. If the recs get more common then the mats just get more rare. I would say half current market price no less.

Thats not the point though. Now people can do it themselves without the TOI quest. People wont be forced to buy them at all anymore. Just go out with a friend and get the recs.

This has been reported as a bug to the development team.
I really hope they won't wait till next week to fix that, it's completly unplayable for ppl who rely on the CH to get buff. I mean we payed 1 billion to have a CH!! please fix it asap
