Since the last update the ADEN ch buff system is broken. Everytime you get a buff the windows close. It take ages to get buffed now. Please fix it asap.
I hope they wont take 1 week to fix it!
I can't belive bug like those make it to live server... Well, considering you still crash entering in trone room after 2 years, on a game where castel siege is the main event... I can understand now... :mad:

I gmed and i get a nice auto msg saying they developers are "investigating" the issue... and they will fix it soon...

Well i'm a software developer too, and well.... This problem is quite easy to isolate and reproduce, it's not a rdm proglem.. This kind of bug should not take long to fix.
Problem is maybe in US thay don't seen to have real developers, more translators than developers. There is nothing we have here (events, feartures, etc...) that corea don't get first.
The most annoying bug ever, takes forever to rebuff... Please undo what you did on the clan hall buffs. It like wasting time now clicking 30x to buff yourself

Do you remember the sweeper bug in C4? Took a month to fix it, and it was much more critical.
still no changes and my petition answer in game wont make me feel any better .. so any answers from a GM or are u all that busy that u cant answer what happen ?
Maybe it's a bet that the developers have got going amongst themselves ......
Dev 1: Well I've put some code in to stop the CH buffs working, $30 my bug is noticed first
Dev 2: No chance, I've screwed up all the porting system
Dev 3: Well mine's more subtle, one of the mobs randomly spawns in completely the wrong area about once every 2 weeks, $50 mine is the last to be reported
Dev 4: I'll take up the $30 mate
I don't have an ETA on a fix -- and any "FIX IT"s won't make it go any faster. :p I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause until it is corrected.
Sometime i think NC soft forget they are a "service" company. That we are clients... and that we PAY for this service.
When you pay for something that don't work it's normal to complain no?

It may sound idiot but a bug that just destroy all CH in all server (more than 1000 ppl affected) is not something "small" and it's something we could expect a company like your to resolve in hours, not days or weeks..
But as someone said, the sweep bug in C3 affected everyone (but farmers) durring more than 30 days... Sorry but it really looks like they just don't care.

Speaking as a software developer, pretty **** long. I don't make small mistakes. :D
Hehe, problems can take awhile to solve at my job too. Only in rare situations does anything get done with the extreme rapid level that most of the players here seem to think NCsoft should handle errors. And we judge our problems with the questions "will this kill anyone" to determine if that is necessary. (though sometimes the answer of "no this won't kill anyone" is the reason we are in a hurry)
Ya it's something like that... Don't worry the "development team" is working on it, they think they can fix it as fast as they fixed the falling damage on necro/cata entrance (cry)

They provide goods and service. Just like a drug dealer. It doesn't matter how big a -_- the dealer is cause the customers will keep comeing back.
Ok it's been 4 day, i don't think we can consider this as a "fast" fixing. Today is siege day, not been able to be buffed fast it a reall isue. May we expect some consideration on fixing this bug?
Or the dev team is on holiday?
