2 char diffic

i created a char and lvl up until 5 . I created a 2 char and i found out that i could take a weapon exchange coupon or free buffs from NPCs , I did some qs for money and didnt give the expected amount of goods . I like the second char a lot but its really difficult to lvl up without those benefits . What can I do ? If i delete the first char , is everything going to work fine for the second one? If someone has a similar problem and has found an answer please write it

These special benefits only work for the first character you make on each server.

Don't cling to them too closely though - they fade by the time you hit 25, and then you'll be out in the cold.
