I Can't play!!! Please HELP ME!

Administrators, i'd installed the C4 full, and the C5 client from the Fileplanet web site.
I've started the game, putting my log name and passworld and nothing happens!!
Seems like have no connection with the servers...
Please help, i need to play.

It could be your's firewall. If you played on privat servers before it may be your's host files. PM if it's that, I'll explain what to do.

Run the "Check Files" option in the start-up menue.
After that, reboot your pc.

If the problem still occurs it`s most likely your Soft- or Hardwarefirewall as Ledaa explained earlier(if you are running Zonealarm make sure to allow connection of all L2 files without the "Ask" option).

I have a feeling i know what the issue is, but it's not allowed for me to say because it's against the messageboard rules.

i had a sim problem when they first put gmgrd(wouldnt play with norton ) into the game had to shut down my internet security then after logging in restart it and it would work fine then

This is the classic firewall problem. I get this most every update. I have to manually open my 'internet permissions' tab on my firewall and click 'allow access' to every Lineage-related program. Give it a try, it will probably fix the problem.

I agree with Pathwarden. It is a firewall thing. Instead of starting the game in full screen mode, put it in Windows mode (Alt+Enter) and then you will see the request from the firewall. Click the box that says always do this, and click yes. After you get in, you can put it back to full screen mode the same way. A lot of times with the weekly updates you have to do this again.
