Where and when does Louie the Cat show up? Does he randomly pop up in different towns like mammons do in catacombs? Is he always in one place or another, or does he disappear and reappear at certain times?
ok ill tell ya what i know from last time
louie teleports between towns (might have a pattern or be random)
each time i found him he was at an entrance to the town (near guards)
it is only worth visiting louie if you want lvl 1 items, since all other lvls are more expensive
i beleave you can buy high lvl items with a low lvl membership
i have no idea if you need to be a member to buy from louie
