Hey guys, I just brought the game. Came from EQ playing 6 years, now i am looking for a new home. I play hard, and really get into it.
I am looking for the right server. I am in USA, on the east coast. What would be the best server to be on.

Play on bartz. Bartz is the NFL. Other servers are like the XFL... it might be fun for a bit, but in the end it's just a bunch of scrubs running around.

go franz - the server just started on the 6th of sept. it's classified as a european server but you'll alot of North American players. I've played on 3 different servers over the past 2 years and I've actually seen more players on franz when I play than I do on the other 3 combined - at any level of game play that I have had. Sure there are bad things about franz but they are worse on the other servers, imo.
I'd say stick with your own countries servers. I'm on an American server but am European and it's annoying not being able to play at times everyone else is on.
That is, of course, unless you play at unusual times so that it works out for your benefit!
If I'm not mistaken servers 1-4 are East Coast and 5-8 are West Coast.
All servers are physically located in Austin Texas except for Franz and Teon which are in Germany. I picked my server based on which had the lowest ping when I started out. All servers have a pretty healthy mix of players on them.
