Medal event, woohoo.. Well thats what i was like before i really knew the strings attached. I collected 30 glittering medals, finding some myself and buying most of them to level myself up.. I lost all of them.
The coin game is so unfair! I'm probs a person who views life as the glass is half empty but not to get it once is just bad luck! Boo.
Its like...day 2...why are you rushing to buy glittering medals? They will have 5k value by the end of the event...and its not like you could turn in medals now.
Lol you're far too impatient, wait awhile, this event goes on for ages yet. Look at it this way, collect all the event medals as you go along, when you have enough glittery ones to level try to. Regardless as to whether you achieve it now or later, you still have all your medals. Eventually you will level and you have them all to spend. And if you really struggle find someone you can trust who is higher level and ask them to get stuff for you - that is cheating slightly so only as a last resort towards the end.

Why is that like cheating? My clan, for example pulling all the gliterings to cwh and CL the one raising his levels, then he will be trading for all.

Personally I don't think it is but I'm sure there are some that will. Our CL is at the highest level and has offered to buy stuff for us, makes it much easier if you are struggling.
