Where to go?

I'm a 56 spellhowler with a 55 Shilien Elder love slave trailing me around everywhere I go. Right now I have a small problem with leveling. I used to set up camp, roast marshmallows, and roast some mobs over in the Valley of Saints area and all was well. The world was peaceful, the sky was blue, and the screams of dying mobs filled the air. And thus it was good. Then some people (or perhaps a person with bots following him around) took up residence in one area. Then some other people took up residence in another. Eventually all the areas suitable to my level were occupied and the only mobs I can find are the more difficult ones if I go deeper, which are a shade too dangerous to met yet. So I need another place to go that gives good experience, but isn't going to get me killed quickly. I would like some suggestions...intelligent and reasonable ones, preferably. :)
i cdled at cemetary and forsaken plains before i went to vos
Oh no...I've got bad experiences with CDLing. I was in cemetary before I came here for a long time killing those orcs over and over and over.
The cemetary, unless you're talking about some section of it, is too easy for me. I usually was in the area just up the stairs from the forbidden gateway teleport in point.

And, aside from that, I need a different area to go to when the parts of VoS I can handle are too occupied.
Enchanted valley "upper" area? 2x mobs. I killed them with 3 shots, for you probably 2. Exp is nice and money from books is also handy.
The Succubus in Dragon Valley is a 2-shot too, and you might get Kesh or Dama blades while hunting. Has a 56+ quest for them at the traders which pays off decently.

Forsaken Plains is good in high 50 indeed.

I don't know whether to be proud of myself or alarmed. If you are referring to the...what's the name again...markus succubus then I was doing those back in my 40's. And I have no problem 2-shotting stuff in VoS in the western (weaker) region. Blade of Splendors, Wisdom of Splendors, etc. If I were to go in further to the next skill level of "splendor-like" mobs I'd have trouble. Is forsaken plains an appropriate area if I can do VoS? Also...does the Power of Darkness quest pay that well per stone?
Beast Farm, Forest of the Dead, Entrance to Antharas Lair (group), ToI, Hot Springs, Wall of Argos (group), Might even find a few green ones out in the Frozen Labryinth. Hope it helps.

All quests in VoS are worth putting your time in...unless you are a melee fighter or a dwarf.
