Skill OE at 79lvl

If you wanna lvl to 79 to have better chances to OE past +9, dont even try, I have same 40% chance for +10 root as at 78lvl.

bump, would like a reasoning behind this. What is the point to 79 & 80 then NCsoft? We knew there were no new skills, but I think everyone assumed the skills enchant would be boosted for these added lvls.

no point in going to 79. it'sa burden.

you make droprate for baium ring less than 100% at 79, you never want to release in pvp (****IT .2% NOW I HAVE TO XP FOR 4 HOURS TO GET THAT BACK).

if you are lvl 79 now, you will be lucky to be lvl 79 when the next update comes out. Every death will have to be a Brez. Anything less then that, even 90% rez, will set you back forever. A 90% rez on a 4% death will mean you need to lvl for 2 hours to get the exp back.

So even if your 50% in you still lose all that xp upon death? lvl 79-80 so no worth it....they could of kept them levels out of the game.

look at it this way....you can grind the lvls and grind some more,then grind a lot more, then maybe you can get the SP for the skills that might come out in the next major update.

Don't tell anyone but I heard that NCSoft leveling math uses mod 80 arithmetic. ;)
