forgive me for asking this but back when i was a noob i could never offord it
what restrictions apply for tatoos on a 20-40 charactor?

You can only have two, and once you perform your second class change, they go "inactive" (they stop having an effect and have to be removed).
As for class restrictions, I believe they're the same as 40+, but I might be wrong. ;(

Oh - yup, thought that was a given. You can't go higher than +1 per stat.
If this is for your SpS, get 2x +1WIT/-2MEN (I can't see a high level SE running OOM no matter what you do with your own regeneration).

yes, you can only use lesser dyes.
And after level 40 you can ONLY use greater dyes

I belive you can also get below 40 greater dyes from mammon but the most you can + a stat is 2 by using two of the same +1 -1 dyes.

The mammon 1+ 1- is 40k aa so if you really have 800k aa to spare for d-grade buy those, Just use your money to OE your weapon. Same effect and you can sell it when your done.

update:i got 2 +1 -2 wit/men dyes
lesser dyes are +1 -3 and i may be wrong but those are the only ones you can get before lvl 20

prolly made sense back in C1 but as far as i care anyone under 20 should be allowed to get +30 - 1 dyes
