Umm this is a newbie question; I've been playing Lineage 2 for about a week. I was wondering how to use the Scroll of Resurrection I had a pet wolf but he died and I couldn't use the Scroll of Resurrection because it just kept on saying invalid target...
Target the Person/Pet and right click on the Rez Scroll.
If the dead is out of party and you can't click on him, then use the Target command.
Eg: type in: /target johndoe
press Enter
Then right-click on Rez Scroll.
No. A blessed scroll of resurrection is restricted to be usable only on pets, not also on players, but a brez or standard scroll of res can be used for any target that does not have a fading corpse.
Then why is there specifically PET brez in the items listing? I don't have a pet, but I think my bf has pet brez in his inventory for his wolf. If you can use any rez on your pet, why the special one?
I haven't used pets in C5, and not quite sure what Maline is talking about(maybe she's right) but at least before C5, you could use any Rez scroll on a Pet, Plus the exclusive Pet Brez scrolls.
Neither am I eager enough to buy a regular Brez scroll (hey, they cost 1mill or more) and try and use it on a pet.

It's cheaper because it can ONLY res pets. In other words, if you use a "real" brez scroll on a pet, it's a waste of money, and NCSoft likes that. So you can do it.

A blessed pet resurrection scroll gives back 100% of the experience lost on death. A standard rez scroll will not give back any lost exp. Since the pets lose significantly more % at death than players at comparable level, it is well worth the extra little bit of adena to use a pet brez - 6000aa + 750a (give or take, depending on the tax rate of that particular town).
