B Grade Recipes

So I am interested in crafting a Wizard's Tear. Of course I thought this would be easy...but the recipe drops far less often than full drops...Someone wanted to sell me a recipe for more than 15 million...say maybe 30 million and I nearly laughed myself into tears. Why would I pay that much for a recipe when I can get a full A grade weapon for ALMOST the same cost?

So, the question. Are there quests now for B grade recipes? I am not sure of the rewards for the quest in Pavel Ruins (the collect 500 shards, etc) but I was under the impression, maybe by hearsay, that recipes were possible.

60% crafting for B-grade is NOT an option for me, so I would be interested in what people know about getting full 100% recipes.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

the new recipies will fetch a premium price for a while but keep in mind you prolly cant get the blades yet anyway

I'm sure it would be kool to get one - but realistically just use an overenchanted homun/inferno staff/... much more bang for your buck

almost have all the blades I need (buying at 200k each) and have two 60% recipes for wizards tear. ::crosses fingers::
