Items trade

I have 1 question .. if i gave an item to someone in my clan and after what he never log in with his char can i get back that item?
PD: i know what its already gone and i never see that item again ...but exist some way to get it back ?? just a noob question

no, when u give them that item they keep it, for all we know he scammed you and made a new char and took the item w/ it.

Never ever give your stuff to anyone ! except if you can go punch him irl in the next 2 min if needed ^^

I even find myself refusing to give my sword to my husband the other day :p
He says...hmm viper...wth ?!
hu ** yeah xD

but exist some way to get it back

No.
Even if someone pretended to be a clanmate of yours (differently spelled name but same appearance and equipement) there is no way to get an item back.

NC Soft states that very clearly under the "did you know?" section:

To ensure the security of your items, only trade items away that you are willing to lose forever, including to friends. When trading items, confirm every time that the item you are receiving is what you expected, as some items have the same inventory icon. Do not drop any items on the ground, especially when grouped. Always verify the exact name of the player you are trading with or that requested the trade.
