Recipe: Premium Fish Oil

So I went fishing for the first time today, tore open all my fish like Xmas to see what I got and ended up with about a dozen of these recipes. Premium oil seems like a great way to get proofs but I have no idea what to do with the recipes. Help a noob :o what are my options concerning the recipes?

sell them to the store, at low levels you get tens of them and you really only need one. I think they sell for 25a to npc store so at 20 to 30 that I usually get on one fishing trip it's an extra couple hundred adena for soe and such.
