clan questions

Ok, just hit clan lvl 5...

questions:
1) is there a way to move low lvl clan members into the academy or do I have to dismiss them and reinvite into academy?

2) what are the stone looking thingys it says you need to learn the clan skills and where do you get them?

TYVM!

1. not sure, isnt the academy only for ppl under lvl 40?
2. i'd say you are talking about raid orbs which come from..... raid bosses

1. no you can't just "move" them, but don't dismiss them either as that penalizes the clan and you wont be able to invite anyone for day. have them leave the clan and then join back as an academy member a day later.

2. yup raid bosses.

is it possible to obtain the eggs to learn the clan skills from the raid bosses in the Rift?

I thought in C5 there was no penalty whether or not they left or got kicked? Either way I know its 1 day, and im pretty sure you dont lose clan points if you kick them now.
Ill re-read the c5 notes.
