I know in C4 and before a clan member other than the leader himself could withdraw from the clan warehouse...
Is it possible now for the leader to set a permission for others to withdraw? I have looked and have not seen one. However, I noticed a change in dialog.. When a member attempts to withdraw, instead of saying "You do not have permission to access this warehouse" (or something like that), it now says "Only the leader is enabled.".
Some clarification would be great!
Thanks
