The summoner pvp question and answer was not answered to satisfaction. They said they looked at the numbers and found that the summoners had a huge advantage. BS!!! What numbers were they referring to? Olympiad? All I would have liked to know was why the hell could they not have just left the summoner PvP damage alone and ban the Pet SS and Pet BSPS from Olympiad???

I was kind of hoping he would have said something about the fishing tournament (or if he did, then I missed it). I thought it was a good interview- got more of a response on bots on Franz than I expected.
you know how necros are summoners but use there mighty powerful nukes to pwn the hell out of everyone? i think thats where they got the idea that summoners do alot of damage people are forgetting that necros are summoners
I was actually pleased with the interview. Some good questions got asked, and they resulted in great answers (imo). I look forward to the future of the game (and pray for more advertising :p ).
Seemed to me to be one of those interviews that you walk away with little to no information. It wasnt bad but I didnt feel like I took away anything useful from it.
I really want to read the transcript or hear the interview. I forgot about it this morning and slept through it at night :@
I hope someone asked why NCSoft is blowing truckloads of money on new "PLATINUM ALPHA EDITION X20 DELUXE LINEAGE 2" boxes and feeding MMORPG.com with more content than the website cares about in an attempt to draw in new players. Yet, at the same time, not taking harsh action against the first thing they'll see when they log into game, hundreds of level 18 dwarves on every server who operate on scripts and newbie buffs.
What really irks me is that the population of end game players on some servers has become so small that every high level player knows every other high level player, it stagnates politics. Yet, because NCSoft is determined to make the game more popular with their current marketing campaign, it means we will not see transfers or mergers to freshen up the gameplay for these players... we can only expect new servers and boredom to lower this population in the near future.
Oh well, I guess in theory we should have a bunch of new level 80 people in 2 years from this campaign right? =.=
Really, the retail and PR efforts have nothing to do with bot/farmer enforcement and don't pull resources from it at all. If that helps.
Actually, the presense of automated players turning off new and potential players is a PR problem- this is why I asked the question about the meetings focused on what could turn new players away. Mobilize the troops, Rust! ^^

Not in regards to resources. We have a PR department who is responsible for "feeding MMORPG.com with more content" and we have marketing and production departments responsible for handling the new retail box. These efforts have zero effect and in no way detract or pull resources away from bot/farmer banning efforts.
Why is it when ever I read posts by Rust or Mistryl I get flashbacks to Grandmas Boy? Oh well it makes me laugh trying to picture who portrays which character in the movie.

Any thoughts?

I'm Kevin Nealon's character.
Hahahahhahaha. Yeah. That would make me Dante.
Dante: Dude, were you do you buy your pot?
Mr. Cheezle: From you, Dante.
Dante: Oh... THAT'S RIGHT! What's up, Mr. Cheezle!
Alex: [hangs up the phone] Dude... you have to give me a ride.
Dante: [after smoking] I'm way too baked to drive to the devil's house.
