Hot Springs Hall Bug??

I'm not sure if this is in the right section but hopefully this ends up where it needs to go.

The clan I'm in on Kain took the Hot Springs clan hall today and we discovered something, even though it is surrounded by all of these amazing pools and a lake, you cannot fish there.

Oddly enough there is a Fishing Guild member standing right outside the front gate telling you that this is the best place to fish, however, if you attempt to fish, you get a message that reads kind of like this: Unable to fish due to improper area or something like that.

Basically its the same message you'd get if you were standing too far away from the water in any other spot on the map and attempted to start fishing.

Once we discovered what we are hoping is just a bug, our clan leader tried to /GM it, but all he got back was a generic message about how you have to wait a few sec between using fishing skills. As you can probably tell, that really didn't answer our question, so I decided to post this here in hopes of a better response.

Hopefully someone can figure this out for us.

Not an answer to this but ^^ wuld love a tiny explonation about how you siege that clan hall :) kind of cluecless of how it works.

Not been to the clan hall at hot springs so not sure what its like. But you can only fish in water that when you enter it you get a breath gauge above your head.

Nameless is right, you can't engague your breath bar in the hot springs but you certainly CAN fish there. That's how you're supposed to get the applications to sign up to siege the Hot Spings clan hall. Although I've yet to pull up a single application. Do you have to be in a clan eligable to siege it to pull up the applications?
