What is wrong with ingame GMs???!!!???

Ok, i am really ****** now, i've then entire morning and 4, yes FOUR petitions trying to alert the GMs that the BS of mammon on kain has a problem in that he will not allow me to trade to get any of the new C5 c grade weapons. however when i give a general complaint they tell me to petition again with more details, except that 255 characters isn't enough, when if they would quit being lazy and just reply to me and ask exactly what my problem was i would just tell them so they could make a note of it and try to fix it!!!
Go throught the support system on the website....

There are no character limites on what you can type.
i tried, but guess what...... Its down.
i click on the link and get sent to a page with a dark blue background and this message on it

Internal Server Error:
Server id: 13->7
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the site's support team and inform them of the time of the error and what operation
you were performing when the error occurred.

Thank you for your patience.

i had that probelm, was trying to trade for a mystery sword on kain.
Petitioned, got a auto generated response.
Tried again later that day, and they were there.
We are working on getting the Support web site back online. Sorry about that!
imo, there is no ingame gm's...merely a computer with an auto generated response system that triggers based on what words you type.

My advice, dont waste your time.

Fortunately, I can tell you for fact, not opinion, that this is incorrect. The folks you are dealing with are flesh and blood.

Remember, when they answer the same question 100 times, or encounter the same issue 100 times, they are not going to answer it 100 different ways. Hence the "automated" feeling responses.
A suggestion then, make the responses a bit more personal. Getting the exact same response all the time feels like talking to an 'automated friend'. And someone fix that last line please! Hank you for playing Lineage II just doesnt do it for me. (yes this is exact quote from the last 2 automated responses I got)
So tell us Rust.. whqt sort of work schedule are your GM's on?

9-5 weekdays?
24/7 (unfortunatly anyone who's ever pulled /gmlist knows this isnt true)

How many GM's assigned to each server?
How many GM';s total?

I cant see how this info would "harm" anyone if the GM's are actually there doing their jobs.

Withholding or totally ignoreing this inqury will however have negative effects.

*I'm gonna bet on the totally ignoring option*
OMG.....

Did you not read what he just said?

9-5 weekdays?

That ingame command is outdated and broken, stop biasing every thing from it!
Outdated? its a simple command... whats to break?

Please explain and show some sort of reasong for your assumption that its broken.

Hank you for playing Lineage II

Our bad, we thought your name was Hank! Kidding aside, I'll look into it. :D

I'm sorry you can't see how this could harm the title, but I can. We do not disclose this info and will not.

If you knew when the police were around, would you be more or less likely to steal a bike? Just for example.

Also, as stated in the past gmlist isn't a definitive list of who's available. Just which GMs desire to be visible.
Yes I did. However, 'feels' and 'is' are too different things. I wish I had taken ss of some responses. They are identical, not a single word changed in them. What I mean is more of a simple "hey, how ya doin?' 'kill any elpies today?' 'got any griefers you want me to destroy?' :)

The GMs sometimes have a lot to do, and may need to move along to the next person in need of assistance as quickly as possible/reasonable.
Awhile ago the way the ingame support system was set up you would have a GM asigned to each server. When the gm was signed into that server he would show up on the ingame list.

When C4 came out they changed up the system to a query baised system. So instead of a GM for each server, you now have a GM watching over all servers at once.

Therefore the /gmlist command is outdated and doesn't work.

If you knew when the police were around, would you be more or less likely to steal a bike? Just for example.

We know the police are working 24/7... :)

We know the police are working 24/7... :)

Then let me reassure you, so are the "police" of Lineage II.
the GMlist command was "broken" if you want to call it that, when the change from C3 to C4 happened, a new GM client (for GMs) was setup that, as far as i know, didn't initially talk to the old GMlist command so therefore it would state no gm was on.

But due to more options a GM i would concievably have with the new client, they can easily hide themselves from being listed in the first place.

I was also under the impression that to better supply support in the game, the client allows ALL GMs across the all the servers, to answer petitions reguardless of the server you are on. IMO, this is excellent in the case of several petitions being submitted on a single server suddenly while others are quite low, allowing to automatically balance the load of answering the petitions.

Automated responces are in fact (although can be a wee bit frustrating) to speed up the process as answering several hundred petitions a day where say 50% of them are all identical. Can be a larger waste of time trying to answer each individually.

Plus the ingame petition system is mostly for ingame issues, something that could be easily looked into but not to serious of an issue in which would require technical support for your computer or other related tasks. IMO, simple things are things you petition. BIG ISSUES that need to be addressed asap and to make sure they are, should be to exit the game, pull up lineage2.com and on the left side, select support and submit a ticket (course you tried this but the system is down atm but hey, you tried ;) )

255 characters is QUITE limited, 350 would be reasonable, anything more and you could be just waisting a GMs time with trivial things.
I once reported about some mobs that were not attacking back when we agro them. The gm named 'GM=Richard=' started a chat with me in the petiton window. I could enter information to him and recieve from him just like in a real-time chat.
Yes they are on. Just dont know if always.
come on Pvr you know why it's only 255 ;)

BS of mammon on kain has a problem in that he will not allow me to trade to get any of the new C5 c grade weapons.

I had this problem as well with the D-grade weapons. While it is indeed a bug, I could work around it by trading my weapon to a skullbreaker or strengthened longbow first (probably a few others, but those are the ones I did). When I traded again, the new C5 weapons showed up.
Maybe this works for the C-grade weapons as well? Did you try trading to different ones and see if it makes a differnece?

And I agree. It's very very frustrating sometimes when you're limited to 255 characters, yet are told to give a "detailed description as possible"

And FWIW, I've had a few chats with gm's myself. Once when my dwarven artisan quest bugged (This was before the 80% inventory quest limit, so it would crash my client and cancel the quest when I got an item), once when I reported a shop bot (The GM wanted to talk to me about what exactly the behaviour was). They were really pleasant and took the time to ask if there was anything else. I got to take up a lot of smaller issues which they answered.
Whenever I /gm, I recieve a response within a matter of minutes. Most times it is an automated response, however I often find that I recieve a bit more personalized automated response (just what am I smoking?) because of the way I word my petitions.

I also find that if there's any need for further information, the GM initiates a conversation with me.

Also, if the support tab is down I find that [email protected] works from your e-mail program. That's my method of choice for contacting support.

The system does work, and quite well, I might add.

++ 2 bot parties MIA in less than 24 hours after being reported.

And I agree. It's very very frustrating sometimes when you're limited to 255 characters, yet are told to give a "detailed description as possible"

Your not the only one that gets short handed....

Gm's suffer from lack of 255 characters (http://www.mmorpgcollection.com/screenshots/gm.jpg)
"darnit, 3 letters too short. Ah f*-it, he knows what I mean..." *click*
Rust, I'd like to see you respond to this, and how you would feel about it.

I know exactly what you are talking about here. I am in Customer Service and I used to work the HelpDesk which is exactly what your GM's are doing. And it does get busy with a lot of petitions going on. However, knowing that doesn't keep us from having the feeling that there is no one really there. So.....

Why not institute a policy for your GM's that every, oh say 3-5 petitions, they actually open up a Chat Box and talk to the player for a couple minutes while resolving their issue? I would think that over time, this would help lessen this feeling we all get that the GM's are just auto-response bots (pardon me for using that term there).

I know that the GM's are real, I had one talk to me after I finished my class change to Warlock and was having a strange problem with one of the summons, right after go live on C5. I've been playing for 2 years, and that's only the second time that I have actually chatted with a GM. The first time was on my very first toon, a BD. Heh, come to think of it that was about a class change problem as well. But really! 2 Years??? That's a bit much don't you think?
Well usually, if you submit a petition, and then resubmit it again after it's been auto closed. Doing this mostly guarantees that the next time a GM comes across it, that they WILL actually talk to you, give you basically the same answer, just to keep you happy.

Greetings Lubicius,

Let me start by saying that I apologise for any issues that may have occured while using the in-game petition system. Unfortunately the petition system has its limits and the Game Masters have to work around those limits just as customers have to.

I will try to explain the situation we will try to resolve your problem. Since I can not disclose the contents of your petitions without your consent I will try to work around that also.

Your first petition did not have very much information in it and the Game Master did what they were supposed to do. They told you to petition again with more info. (The simple answer for this is the first person that touches your ticket may not have the answer to your question, so it will have to be routed to the right perons, but it is hard to know who has the answer if you don't know the question.)

Your second petition being closed without a chat is our fault. In this case it would have been better for the GM to open a chat and ask for more info.

Your third petition you supplied all the info the GM could use and they gave you some valuable information on what could affect your trade. They even added that if that information did not help that you should visit the webisite you are on now.

The 4th petition you used 147 character to complain that you only 255 characters and GMs needed to do their jobs, and in the rest of the space to give us information you gave in the third petition. At this time the Game Master noticed that you still felt you needed more help than was given in petition 3 so he created a support ticket on your behalf and included all of the info from your previous 3 petitions. I would check your e-mail for an answer to your support ticket. I think it was answered earlier this morning.

In your 5th petition you explained the situation again, with all the information needed in 185 characters. At this time another support ticket was made for you, which I assume already has an answer in it.

So with all of that said, I apologize for the mishandling of the second petition. That was our fault and the GM will spoken to about it. The first and second petitions were a wash, one we could not use and the second we dropped the ball. Starting with the 3rd petition the wheels were already rolling to get your problem solved, but when you petitioned again we went further to create you a support ticket to get more eyes on the problem as it would never be solved in-game, even with in-game chat. The fifth petition is just icing on the cake as you now have 2 support tickets.

I wanted to use this post to just address the OP as it is his thread. :) I will post again here to answer all the other questions about the GM service.

So tell us Rust.. whqt sort of work schedule are your GM's on?

Quoting an unignored post. (Your crazy mind trick worked!)

GMs work on this game 24/7 365 (366 on leap year.) They work all major holidays and every weekend. At no time is there "nobody" working on this game.

As for the /gmlist, that was fully explained by Splatter and Pvrjudas because they have seen me (or heard me) answer that question several times. (so if you are reading this without seeing the whole post, please back read on the 2 posters.)

When it comes to using the petition "chat" client; it is used very sparingly. Why? Because it is very expensive to use and slows down our response time. You might think that you reporting the same bot for the 4th time is important and that you will not be able to play if you see it again, but the truth is we have the name recorded and opening a chat with you to let you vent for 10-20 minutes is not time effective. Especially when the next petition is someone who just spent a week with a broken 3rd class transfer or someone who’s character decided to implode and mix two sub-classes to the point of not being able to play the game. So instead of debating bots with a customer, the customer gets:

"Greetings,

Thank you for taking the time to write in with this report. We will use the information provided to determine whether a violation of the rules has occurred.

Please understand that any details regarding the event or the person(s) involved will be discussed exclusively between NCsoft's Player Relations Department and the registered account owner. If any rules are broken or subsequent action taken, we will not be able to relay any information about the incident and the account(s) involved.

Regards "

I have always been a proponent of having a personal relationship with our customers (how many other GMs are given free range on the public forums?) Unfortunately, in game chat is expensive and can only be used in the most dire case. So if you want to have a personal chat with a GM maybe someday you will be lucky enough to be the first one to find a game breaking bug or have a quest that has been broken for a long time and can't get fixed by a GM pushing a button.

Hope all of the above doesn't sound harsh but you (YOU) pay me to solve problems in game. You pay me to make sure you can play. You don't pay me to be a friend. You don't pay me to be a councilor. The GM team wants to be liked because they solved your problem, not because they tell good jokes or are trained in the art of small talk.

In the end, please remember: A scratch gets a bandage, a wound get surgery, not the other way around.

You know, if I could set up a fake police car and stick it on every block, I'd do that. If the criminals think they know when the cops are around by looking at a list, I can tell you that imaginary GM's Bob, Frank, Sue, and Mary would be working shifts to make it so someone's around all the time.

Or if certain types always log when someone appears on the gmlist, put someone on the gm list, see who logs. Repeat the next day and the next day at random times. Reconcile the lists, and....

C'mon guys. You can do better than that.

Please read the rest of the thread. The list does not function. GMs are on 24/7 no matter what. Names on the list do not scare away anybody especially the ones that GM want to catch. :D
I was refuting the statement quoted from above though. Rust states that the gmlist isn't functional because then the cheaters would know when to hide. I'm specifying the fault in that reasoning. The gmlist could be used to combat illegal usage, not make illegal program usage easier to hide.

Actually, I wasn't talking about that. I was talking about disclosing personnel numbers and shifts. The GMList portion of that statement was in addition, not a part of.
I must say I have not had to use the petition system very often but every time I have I have been satified with the responce. I recall one time, shortly after I began playing in C3, I was out in EV with a small group when I lagged out and got killed. I dropped my Knowledge Gloves (very important to me at the time) and my party was unable to recover them because they had actually fallen thru the terrain. I petitioned the GMs and got a responce within twenty minutes. it was a weekend and they informed me that because of that it would take a few days to investigate the issue and fix it if they could. Sure enough when I logged in the following Tuesday evening my Gloves where waiting from me in my inventory and I had a nice email in my box from the GMs thanking me for my patience and and stating that the issue was resolved. To me that is a big sign that they are working hard on even the smallest of issues. I realize that the GM system have changed since C3 but I feel this is a relevent story and shows that NC does try....even if they don't always have the best results. Of course in this case I could not have been happier!

my 2 cents
I wish chat were "expensive" where I work. :P

I love you though Spam, for the honest answers ;)

We pay you? **** we all got pawned! :D

Just kidding. I thought your post was the most anyone at NCsoft has ever said about the petition system. You laid out the policy in a very straightforward manner and I greatly appreciate it. In the future it will be hard to get angry when I get the automated response because of your explanation.

Now if you only get Mistryl and Rust to be as fluent on the keyboard as yourself........ hint hint hint
IMO, saying that someone sitting on the gmlist is going to scare anyone is a joke. That won't stop anyone, because majority of anyone that knows anything, don't even know gmlist command even is there.

Yell in giran asking if anyone uses /gmlist at all.... the answer willeither be "doesn't work" or "no one on every", "what's /gmlist?"

;)

btw, yes, i knew it that usually if someone petitions just about right after already submitting a petition about the same thing, that usually the GM would actually talk to them about it.

The longest petition i had going was roughly 7 hours, (that's the time between where i submitted it and where it actually got a responce).

Only thing i'm REALLY interested in is what the logs say about me when i was in goddard castle with my strider, sitting, and suddenly ported to north of DEV at the bottom of the ocean. My petition responce was, "Not sure, logs say absalutely nothing, other then, teleported from xyz to xyz with no given reason or absalutely any given reason how" Boy that was humious, i actually got that frapsed.

When it comes to using the petition "chat" client; it is used very sparingly. Why? Because it is very expensive to use and slows down our response time.

Slowing down the response time I can see. Would you mind explaining the "expensive" part? For who? the game? for you? It makes something cost more money?

Yes, we do "pay" you for all the things that you listed. We just want to know from time to time that we are getting what we "pay" you for is all! I don't expect, or really desire, for the GM to spend time with me in "idle chit chat", or tell me jokes. He's busy and so am I (paying you by playing), and I want us both to maximize our time usage. At the same time, I would like to see just a little more humanity from them.

For instance, I didn't mention this in my previous post on this thread and I should have. In my last petition, in which I actually chatted with a GM, at the end of the chat the GM asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. Now this is what I'm talking about! I felt good before, right away I feel even better! There's a human being on the other side. Yes this could be opening the door to a long chat, but there are many ways to end that chat, and players too should be mindful of the time they are spending with a GM. We need to be responsible too. Short comments here and there are ok, but stay on track, get the problem fixed and move on in the game and let the GM move on to the next player.

So I told him "No, not right now, thanks. The only other questions that I have, your not allowed to answer!" ok, I admit, a very small joke, he could have at lease "LOL'd" before he signed off. All in all though, this was exactly the kind of response that I feel I'm "paying" to get. Not all the time, cause yes they're busy. Just every once in a while, to remind me that they really are there and they really do care! Just how about not once every 2 years or so? lol

So HGM, in regards to that petition. Please pass on my thanks to the GM team, since there is no way that I can know just which of them was so very helpful that night. (no I don't remember the GM name, and I was so excited that I was actually talking to one that I forgot to take a SS!)

someone who’s character decided to implode and mix two sub-classes to the point of not being able to play the game.

Holy Moses!
Now is this just a made up example that you pulled out of your...um...hat? or is this something that really happened? I mean, this is something that can happen?
Anything can happen, software/hardware, it all talks, but someone can play telephone and blow something up quite easily or make something happen that shouldn't happen...

although the sounds of mixing 2 sub classes would be freaking cool (BD + SWS = woly hell :) ).

Course it probably didn't work out like that.

Expensive is that each person, GM gets a wage, the more time they talk to someone, the more time is lost talking to others, which means a backlog of petitions creeps up. Have you seen the days in which over 50+ if not 100+ petitions were pending when you submitted a petition perhaps? Those are apparently the bad days, it could be related to sheer number of petitions, or i could be directly related to actually time spent Talking to someone.

Like spam mentioned, 20 minutes is a long time to spend. In 20 minutes, i betcha a single GM could push through and complete probably 10 petitions without an issue for "auto" responces.

Now for the GM system to perhaps get an update to more easily sort the petitions being submitted may help, perhaps it's already in place and we just don't see it. (cause really, our side is very simple, and i'm not serprised they wanted to keep it that way)..

For example, a few people submitting petitions, perhaps a gm would receive them all as one lump, or perhaps thier system already works to organize the contents of the submittion. (although i'm already sure that reporting a bad user or other things are already organized).

Someones having an issue with there quest, another is stuck and unstuck isn't working or something, another is drowning for no known reason on land, another is red with no karma, another is dead due to game mechnics screwing up, another is screaming mad because an item blew up while being enchanted but blew up going from +1 to +2. You see where i'm going with this?

You'd be serprised what petitions are submitted, a ton of crap a gm has to sift through to answer as quickly and efficiently as possible. I'm serprised to even see some GM even willing to talk on the first petition sent. (perhaps they were all caught up at the time ;) )

Holy Moses!
Now is this just a made up example that you pulled out of your...um...hat? or is this something that really happened? I mean, this is something that can happen?

:) Anything can happen. Let just say it is fiction based on a true story.

Again I agree that the "personal touch" would be ideal, but (there's always a but isn't there) it is hard to give that personal touch to every person every time. It is hard to give it sometimes. Now I just need my technology to catch up with humanity an I will be able to shake hands a hold babies all day.

Someday I will write a book about CS adventures! :)

Now is this just a made up example that you pulled out of your...um...hat? or is this something that really happened? I mean, this is something that can happen?

Actually happened to someone, as I recall.

Honestly, I except bot reports to get cookie-cutter replies. The only times I've petitioned for "game issues" I actually had a GM chat with me discussing the issue. The second one was actually quite comical.
You have my sympathies, Spam. I worked Customer Service in a call-center for just under 2 years, and dealt with about 600 calls each day (800+ in the Christmas rush).

Keeping everyone happy and providing a personal touch is difficult, at best. Especially when you have a target time of 60 seconds per call.

Every time I've dealt with a GM, I've had nothing but good things to say. Now, I'm curious how the feedback on the petitions helps you guys. I ask this because if I'm just reporting a Bad User I generally don't leave feedback, as I don't expect a unique response. But if I'm having an issue (like the one I had in FoM some months back on Lionna), I tend to give feedback.

So, I guess... how does feedback apply, given the type of petition?

Feedback on a petition is small part in review of the system and individual GMs. I can't totally get into the review of quality, but let say it is a very indepth system. I think there is a total of 32 (rough guess) different criteria (weighted) that contribute to a composite score for a Game Master performance review (weekly and monthly.)
Gratz, NCSoft (especially spam, Rust :>)!

You've made 1st step to better communication with us, your customers :)
I like spam's straight and fair replies/comments!
Keep doing that! It is what we need. It is much much much better than "we are not allowed to talk about it" :)

Waiting for 2nd step :)

I have a very simple way to give that personal touch spam.

When a person places a petition for what ever reason say a bot report. I'd like to see a GM's name in that auto closed petition.

I have been harping on that one issue for lord knows how long. :)

QFT, I was actually impressed to the point that I copied this thread into my alliance website. Frankly, I am stunned. Thanks Myst, Spam, and Rust for jumping into this thread as much as you have.

BS of mammon on kain has a problem in that he will not allow me to trade to get any of the new C5 c grade weapons

Even if it is a little off topic. Is any one looking into the missing C5 weps?

trade it to a tarbar or something else then trade again, Voila! c5 weps appear out of thin air.
Hahah, i miss the good old days when rust use to post a lot like hes doing now, the guys got some spunk to him :P.

Anyway Rust old buddy old friend... ive been at this **** game for what... over two years now... and i can speak from customer expierence when i say GM's are not what they use to be.

Look at gustin for instance, you say GM's are busy to respond to individuals?... but Gustin is so much more underpopulated now that i almost dont believe you. Look Rusty, are the GM's more "busy" because there are less of them than in the past? It almost seems like its the case.

It may not seem like a big deal to the companies side, but from the comsumer its always nice to see a personal and live response instead of feeling like youve just got brushed aside... Im not going to mention other MMO's incase you guys dont want me to, but from trying other ones... i can say that i feel the GM system here needs a lot of work. Well thats just my two cents of over 2 years of observations :P .

I concur :)
Would be great reading I bet.

By the way, please give GMBrian on Bartz my apoligies. I was in such a hurry this morning when he was helping me (was late for work), that without thinking about it I think I closed the GM chat window before confirming with him that my problem was solved. He was quite correct, I freighted the items to the wrong character! (Doh!) That's what I get for having 2 toons with names so similar. I was on the way to work when I realized that I may have been a bit rude by just closing the window that way. Though I did apoligize for wasting his time with such a nuub mistake. 2 years I've been playing this game and I go and pull a ***** like that!
dammit the gms just blew their yearly posting budget on this one thread

Again I agree that the "personal touch" would be ideal, but (there's always a but isn't there) it is hard to give that personal touch to every person every time. It is hard to give it sometimes. Now I just need my technology to catch up with humanity an I will be able to shake hands a hold babies all day.

Someday I will write a book about CS adventures! :)

hehe
well i think everyone can understand the "personnal touch" is not needed in some cases (like: bot petition). But then... why do you even feel the "need" to answer ?
We players know allready for sure what answer we will get. Don't reply at all and setup the game client to make this automated answer after those kind of reports:
- player could be able to petition again and not be stuck waiting with the current petition.
- Add the message (this is an automated answer because... what you said here).
My last encounter with a GM was very positive,it was when i reported 3rd party software users every day. Most of the cases i got the auto response. But once a good conversation. It was kind of strange though as the GM responds where not the fastest. He really took time to concider what to say next. just like me :) And i dont spam petion for Bots anymore, thanks to him.It was GMHarden BTW thumbs up

I'd pay you to be my friend. :(

:) I will post again here to answer all the other questions about the GM service.

thanks for letting me know what happened, and i appreciate that, however (my memory on the specifics are kinda fuzzy now) if on my petition i was told that my petition was being investigated further, i would have been satisfied and gone back to playing the game on a different character (thanks to the academy i have 3 new 40+ characters, all were above lvl 20 before :-p) but all i REMEMBER getting were generic automated responses. i know that there are gm's in the game, i've spoken to them before, but it was infuriating when i was reporting an ingame issue issue and felt that it wasn't worth "your" (collective, not you specifying you) time to get the specifics so it could be investigated, yes you did make a ticket about my complaint, but it would have helped if i was notified about that action. and just to let you know, on sunday i believe was the last time i tried to trade for the mysterious sword, i was still unable to trade for it.
Ive spoken with a GM on Hidemith when I couldnt get the imperial chest to drop for a level 5 clan quest. Finally out of annoyance I somehow soloed the **** boss without him teleporting me, and got teh chest. Later a gm pmed me to ask me if i still needed help. I told him I finally go t it and thanks, he told me he like the Maj heavy set and my +5 Halberd at the time :)

That Halberd doesnt look as good being A crystals lol
the ingame GMs dont do anything anyway

the ingame GMs dont do anything anyway

Yes they do.
Getting back to Lubicius' in-game problem...

I have seen this with both C and D grade weapons. You can't trade every weapon for every other weapon of the same crystal value. This is particularly true with weapons added after C3. You often have to trade for another weapon, then trade that for the one you're shooting for. Just keep swapping around and you'll get it. I'm a chronic weapon swapper so I deal with this issue a lot, but have never been unable to get the weapon I want in the end.

Yes they do.

Avoiding work, in my recent case.

"Sorry, we don't offer any reimbursement for this case." was the answer to my recent bug report - the bug being me getting stranded back on TI after the client crashing on the way to Giran Harbor. Nope, not even a simple teleport to my destination was possible. It would be work, after all.

As if I was at fault here and not the **** L2 client ...

Same story, I was ported to the place I was going to. Thanks GM.

Both of you need to learn how to talk to people.

Both of you need to learn how to talk to people

I had this sudden flash of Star Wars...Jar Jar.......' I spek!'

Both of you need to learn how to talk to people.

Yeah, next time instead of asking nicely like I always do, I'll just try a "Move me, now!" approach. ;)
