ah! indeed. so at higher grades, when a weapon has the haste SA, that means that he/she will attack faster or move faster?
sorry for all the questions.
Magic Haste potion = acumen 1 (does not stack with buff)
Greater Magic Haster Potion = Acumen 2 (does not stack with buff )
Haste pots = Wind Walk 1 (does not stack with any ww)
Greater Haste Potion = Wind Walk 2 (does not stack with any ww)
Potion of Alacrity = No clue , Ive never used em.... ever. By making an educated guess I would assume = Haste 1 (the buff)
Greater swift attack potions = Haste2 (the buff) (makes you attack faster)
Magic Haste potion = acumen 1 (does not stack with buff)
Greater Magic Haster Potion = Acumen 2 (does not stack with buff )

Just a little correction:
Magic Haste potion = acumen 2 (does not stack with buff)
Greater Magic Haste Potion = Acumen 3 (does not stack with buff )
The haste SA does make you attack faster but not by the same amount as the Haste buff. The SA does a 4-8% attack speed increase depending on the weapon.
Edit: The haste SA also stacks with the buff (like all SAs)
