As said in the dorf's description :
The main ability of Dwarven Fighters is to obtain items from monsters.
By the way, in this race there is only fighters...
So, with manor system, every races can obtain items from monster. So nothing left for dorfs fighters.
As i said in another post (left without answer...), some said you are money maker, but all dorfs can answer : No we aren't.
We don't make money with our spoil.
We can't solo.
We are depending of a group who hopes to have a rare spoil from us.
We suck in pvp.
We were nerfed with manor system,
Economy is in bot's hands.
At high level, our spoil is useless in regard of basics mats needed in craft.
Spoil festival is useless in AoE party coz we can"t easily target dead mobs to sweep them.
since 2 years, dorfs are nerfed by system, not by nerfed skills (we must have skills to be nerfed by skills...).
How to reajust dorfs without breaking L2 economy (coz every bot party have a dorf, and there is a loooooot bots parties) ?
We had an active skill at 76... bugged.
I ask this simple question : why wants ncsoft kill us? (i'm FS)
And secondary toons as well. Many of the problems players who reach 78 on a dwarf have is that the major economic advantages stopped in their 60s. Even by 55 a dwarf can make a lot of extra income and never have to leave town again. Increasing mats per spoil just decreases the value of the spoil (players farm mobs at a certain rate, spoil at a certain rate, and mats get priced off of that time value and what its worth). So if more mats simply drop, then the value just goes down on EVERYTHING. Higher level dwarves need advantages on soulshot crafting if anything. Efficient soulshot crafts which increased revenue/shot would best target high lvl WS imo. And I can possibly think the A helm recs at 6x are a bad reward either. S grade needs to spoil though.

Indeed, solid point, as of now, I know I lvl my Bounty Hunter up to 61 into A grade and keep her there, no need to lvl her up even more after that.
i don't think that the major modification for the dorfs is to change spoil table, coz even bots will have this. The only place i never seen bots is in the rift. Even in forge of god, there are bots (bots owner pulls mobs who pops like ashura out of rooms).
But rift system can't be everywhere. The night fishing is good too against bots (for that i thank devs).
Is there any possibilities to have a similar system (night fishing) with all mobs? I don't know. i don't think coz spoil festival system can't allow to apply this in a big pull.
I'd like to see dwarves be able to take 3 items and create a NEW (abreviated) list of things.
For instance, take a regular D-helmet, add some amount of mithril ore, add some steel--
"you receive a warsmith helm".
Heck, maybe it's at first dwarf-only gear that when sets complete give them more of a patk boost or speed boost with a bit higher pdef than say, Brig (just talking d-gear as an example) without the hp boost brig gives. (Smith-plate armor seems obvious)
Could do the same for C, B, A, S.
For weapon, dwarf starts with a bludgzyen (sp?), adds mithril alloy, a FEW c-crystals, maybe something fanciful like number of quest item feathers or something---get a new mace slightly higher than a bonebreaker (patk around 100) which is rated as 'very fast'. (call it a Light Axe)
For dwarf use only also.
The recipes for d, c, b should be SOLD in blacksmith shops--only for dwarf use. The armor or weapon only for dwarf use.
Maybe with some small 'self-crafted' improvements in class folks would play and level them more.
Or, add some real fun, let dwarves learn "weapon improvement" as skills and let them buy the spell books for these varied grade things....add another screen where they keep "smithing skills/weapon improvement skills".
Just thinking here.
You need more exclusive non-tradeable characteristics. If WS don't feel they have enough market advantage, they need to make more money on soulshots, or reduced mp cost self buff for 1k hp every minute. Makes bots in shop mode obvious but lets a dwarf there crafting make more shots per mp bar.
Make dwarves activate +6 armor bonuses without enchants. Or enable non-SAd weapons while equipped, with the SA of choice. Making them more versatile and gaining an exclusive economic advantage.
Think small and simple, not broad structure changing alterations that will never happen.
Yeah i like the idea of being able to take an armor set and with a few extra mats 'reinforce' the armorpieces or take a few extra mats and strengthen/sharpen a wepaon, but it should be forced so that you cant put that option in an 'afk' shop but has to be done by the dwarf just like crystalization, so that you know its not a botshop :) And Sithmaster? absolutely love the idea's of being able ot activate the +6 bonuses without enchants but i must say i'm kind of hesitant to the weapons though, its got to be limited somewhat, as in you need a bigger bunch of gemstones of the same grade as weapon than staged soulcrystal+gemstones at BS mammon NPC blacksmith? how's that sounds? possibly the same with armor pieces? just an example, at NPC blacksmith will need a stage 10+312 b gems or go to a dwarf with like 500-700 gems instead but instead you wont need a soulcrystal?
I can't answer that quetion but here is some proof, I made a new dorf on the new server and when it came time to get wpn masteries lvl 4 it was like 6700 sp, we are talking dorf lvl 15. So I did some reashearch and lone and behold it was raised from 4000 to this. Do I detect a little hatred here?
Actually, I have posted about this in the dwarven rant thread. Our sp costs for basic, lvl 1 skills are out of whack when compaired to other classes.. barring the Orc skill Iron Body. Just getting spoil/sweep takes your average dwarf to lvl 12 to get the sp required and thats not even getting your basic weapon/armor masteries either.

Nonono, I'm suggesting you get SA bonus while equipped. Like a dropdown menu to activate a weapon's various SA's of any armor (+6 bonus) or weapon (SA) you are wearing but not to actually add the SA to the weapon itself. You would simply utilize the SA on the weapon, but not ACTUALLY upgrade it. This way a dwarf could better adapt to parties and carry a larger WH of weapons.
Again, you have to think subtle things. You aren't going to get new weapons or new upgrades for armor, but asking for bonuses that are class unique may be a viable request. These are things that would keep more cash liquidized and help a dwarf exp but not help a farmer dwarf sitting in town.

sithmaster actually wanting dwarf boost now ive seen everything lol
i think bh need to be able to spoil more A and S grade
no idea how to fix crafters but your soulshot idea wont work since my server has at least 3 soulshot farmers per town
