ok so im now lvl47 SH,,,ive found that ppl arnt interested in having a sh in the cata partys,,
things where going well untill i hit lvl 44 i think,,im struggling to hit 10% xp an hour,,,where do all the sh go for exp,,
ive tried FOE(forest o evil) and WTP(WAR TORN PLAINS)I GET LIKE 3.3K OF EXP BUT THE EXP bar still goes nowhere im bored outta my mind soloing i need 1 hit mobs that give good xp this is my 1st ever char and latly am always thinking of quitting it,,
but clan say sh lvl the fastest and are most powerfullest,,,but clan not very active to help
also the only skill i ever use is hurrican lvl4 i think along with bssc
is there anyone that could advise me on where im going wrong,,cause at this rate im looking at months to even hit lvl50 i ,love this char and dont wanna quit just becqause im to stupid to find a good hunting ground,,
also i hardly ever see any other sh out in the fields why is that,,,do ppl hate lvling sh or what

You need to find na SE to party with, an SH is hte fastest leveling class ingame, specialy when you talk soloing, but iwth an SE you can lv insane much faster.
10% at your lv is quite okay, except hell a lot worser later on.
Indeed, get yourself an SE to party up with and go for Cemetary first part, you will lvl faster then you do now, but don't expect to do 10% an hour at 55 or something.

Yeah, cemetary is good. Also, try Ivory Tower pit.. I don't remember if that is too low but I seem to remember doing Sea of Spores, Ivory Tower and then Cemetary all close to each other. So one of those is going to be the one.
I am assuming you are using Cursed Death Link to one shot mobs?
You are going to have to give up the 10% an hour thing (unless you do a lot of AOE parties or something with friends) as the xp goes down per hour as you go up.
Some have figured out how to maintain high xp per hour but they are either AOE'ing, know something that we dont', or the gas is on ;)

Well, in that case you will not find mobs to one shot unless you use curse death link. More so as you get higher lvl. I don't ever remember one shotting mobs in my lower lvls (that were green or white) so that is confusing to me.
Curse death link relies upon you to use body to mind to lower your health to dangerously low lvls. However, the Curse Death Link (CDL) becomes more powerful the lower your health.
With extremely low healthd you can one shot certain mobs.
I don't use it becuase I don't like the idea of dropping gear or dying becuase I didn't see a spawn or something got me through a hill (Forest of the dead).
go Enchantet Valley by Huntervillage. The Satyrs and the Unicorns gives you 10k EXP. You can make there your B grade. I maked every Char to B Grade there
Enchanted valley takes a lot of nukes. At 47 I was still on alligator island getting 100% in 2 hours. Then I went north of ivory tower around 50 on the basilisks and hunter gargoyles.
I'm with ellie on this one--alligator in mid-40's is pretty good and the drops and adena are fair too.
Ivory tower might be okay too (or in next couple levels).
I'm 52 atm and solo'ing in EV but I have my panther along otherwise I'd never drop those mobs.
I seem to remember mobs around Aden were okay in Low 40's (I think that's when I was there).
Alligator also has two quests that pay good.
If you try EV you'll have to get the jade crystal quest from the warehouse guy (you might be too low for that---can't remember).
A number of those EV guys are 2x mobs....not exactly tailor made for 1 shotting at lvl 47 I wouldn't think.

should have no problem 1 hitting green mobs till at least 60 on a sh
go to alligator island, i dont think 10% an hour is reasonable for a sh at that lvl, im pretty sure i was makeing at least 80% back then (full buffs and recharges)
sounds a bit like the OP just didnt realise this game is all about slow leveling
and that he is (omg) legit and isnt running around with a +47 humonculus to 1 shot mobs
This brings back up my SPS issue - not being able to level anywhere without spending a fortune. AI seems to be where everyone suggests for mid 40 mages, but the SPS runs out of MP too **** fast. At least SH get BTM :)
I still think IT is the best at low 40s.. And there's a room in Cruma Tower where are 4 portas that spawn at a pretty good rate and you can 2 shoot.. I remember a friend used to lvl there..
Then at 46-48 move to the Dragon Valley, best possible xp for spellsingers at that level, and you'll be able to one shoot some of the green mobs there with solar flare (they're weak to sacred) for 5k a pop..
Holy crap, where are you leveling your AW??? I need to find that spot.
Never been a nuker before, but I can say, as you level your % per hour will drop and drop and drop. This isn't WoW, or whatever game you came from. Don't expect to shoot thru to Lvl 80 in a matter of weeks/months. It is a LONG journey.

atm i think i gonna grind aligator island im getting 5k+ from the aligator warriors,,,4k+ from the axe throwing aligators,,ive just hit lvl 48 boosted all my skills and i think i gonna stay here untill i hit lvl50,,i know its not gonna be an easy ride but things just seemed like they where going a bit too slow for a low lvl like 4x
i got a demon set and a homun sword(no acu) prob is im in d grade jewerly skint atm so its gonna have to do....
i think when i hit 5x i gonna move to hunters village and see how it goes there

xp did seen abit tough from 45-52 on my necro
it sped up a bit at 52 but 53-55 was a drag
i been getting 10% an hour all the way to my current lvl and i dont expect that to change untill at least 72
You should but you should use other skills like BTM, surrender and flares. Find a clan with active players and make friend with other mages who can box an se, so you can party together.

You can allready move there, and Hv is a living town, you may find parties and buffs there.
