How to get Focus SA on C Duals?

I know that once a C grade (or higher) dual is enchanted to +4, it gets the SA associated with that dual. Now last night I saw a few OE'd spirit*raid duals in Giran, but none of them had the focus SA. Is it automatic or is there something else required in order to get the SA focus on these top c Duals?

Like you mentioned I dont think it says it has the SA in the description when its enchanted to +4 or more. But its there.

indeed, it says in the description of the item, even when +0, "When enchanted +4 or higher, these swords will bestow +52 critical" or something to that effect

Correct. From the moment they glow, they have their SA.

It should say in the description. Also, be careful. Low C grade duals do not get SAs. Not until you get to the 148 pAtk (1,148 crystals) duals do they start getting SAs.

Plus, if you upgrade duals at mammon BS, they lose enchantments.
