No General chat?

1st thing I noticed was no general chat or I've missed it completey.
So only way to comunicate with each other is pm,clan/alliance chat?

Also I when to the 1st town after teh starter village for dark elfs and I saw like 100 ish players sitting and saying WTS/WTB/WTT/Crafting and soon on..... 1st impression was WOW^^ Like how teh heck can u keep track of all or see what mgiht intesrest u when there is a boxes all over and teh trade chat(tihnk it was) races v fast^^

General chat is White so no theres more ways of communicating..


And yeah the economy set up is complete :confused:

That's the beauty of the economy. It IS very fast. You need to learn it if you are going to do well in this game as the Economy is very hard.

Be careful of scammers as they are allowed in this game. Always make sure that what you are clicking on is what you want to buy for the price you want.

Is what they do automated/programed in some way or they just sitting at theire coomps spamming WTS etc etc? And how do u setup a private shop etc?

There is a global general chat... its called hero chat, and you need to be a hero to be able to use it. Its the blue chat (not clan chat).

If you've seen the rubbish that is said in hero chat, you'd be grateful that only a handful of players get access to it :p

Ive never had a need to use anything other than shout, trade or local general chat + alliance/clan/pm channels myself...

Just a quick q(did't wanna make a new thred for this so just made it in here a I made this one)

I managed to interupt my scroll of escape to dark elf starter village which one obtain from a non-repeatble quest.

Did I mess up bad time or can I get back some other way or don't need to?

I take it you did the quest mark of the traveller? If so your going to have to walk back to your home town, by the way what level are you?

You can buy more normal scroll of escapes in your towns grocery.... Or if you have the time you can use the command /unstuck

The purpose of that command is if you are truely stuck it will move your position, if your not stuck you will port back to the nearest town BUT it takes 5 minutes

So, you did the quest in Dark Elf Village to get a SoE: Giran Castle Town, there you did the quest to get a scroll back to DE Village but interupted it?

Do you wanne get fast or cheap back?

Fast way is using the gatekeeper to teleport from Giran to Dion, then to Gludio and from there to DE Village.

Cheap way got 2 options:
A: Run from Giran to Dion to Gludio to DE Village, buy some normal Escape scrolls and use the command /loc every here and there to check whats the nearest town, once /loc says you've entered a new town region, use the soe.

B: Walk or Teleport to Giran Harbor, buy a Boat Ticket (~10k) from Giran to Talking Island. Once your near Talking Island start doing /loc and soe to Talking Island Village. There talk to a Newbie Guide and teleport for free to DE Village using the newbie traveller tokens.

You get these Tokens by talking to a newbie guide, but just if you are still under lvl 20. And you can use them just if you are under lvl20. And you get them just once. If you got em at DE Village and used all 12 or deleted them, you wont get new ones.
