When u run out of mana...is the downtime supose to be soon long or something I can do to speed it up. I know I should rather kill blue mobs to conserve mana soloing but I mean for when I actually do run out
You cant see other players HP/MP/CP unless you are in a party with them.
You can only regen HP/MP by resting or by picking up herbs of mana/health.
In C5 NCSoft added a really quick HP regen rate if your char is below lvl40, but the MP regen rate still take a long time to regen.
So if you are a melee fighter, you will have very little downtime(until lvl40) but if you are a mage, you will have quite a lot of downtime.
If you are in a safe area soloing as mystic, be sure to be in walk mode as that will preserve more your HP and quicken it's regen.
You get skills for even better MP recovery through walk mode or standing, but I think that's only as of LvL 50+
To answer the last question:
Open your actions screen (ALT+C) and choose Sell Shop or Buy shop (depending on what you want to do). In the Sell shop you will have the option to either sell items seperatly or in a Bulk package (to do the last you need to tag the square for bulk sell).

Is this in reagards to the mana pots which is used when pickedup?
No, it's in regard to when an Elven/Shillien Oracle/Elder uses their skill Recharge on you (it recharges MP and with that passive you gain more MP than someone without).
As a dark elf, I promise you will get better mana managing capabilites. But these come with lvls. At lower lvls you have to wait until your mana regens. If you go Dark wizard you get an ability that will allow you to lower your health and give you mana as a result.
It is called "Body to mind"
Shillien Oracles (the dark elf healer mystic) does have the ability to regen people's mana but I don't believe you can use it on yourself.
Do not kill blue mobs. Green is the lowest you should be killing. Essentially kill mobs you can one or two shot.
these r quest items you got for a race specific quest that gives you a new weapon and soul shots or spirit shots depending on class you are playing. :D

Slower casting can be a pain in the neck sometimes. When I see the other casters volleying off sheets of death I sometimes think... I want to be them.
But we hit the hardest in the game, look great, have great mana managing capabilites, Dark Elf chicks are great at the Aden Drive-In, We can solo well when needed (and I mean SOLO, not two boxing type of "solo" - which is also helpful and which I sort of do now as it makes it easier) and are a decent addition to parties.
Another question: What is he macro command to type in a macro to use one of the F keys on my action bar?
Also is there a key or something to press to switch between the close mobs.....not the target next macro...only work when they're allready in u're face^^
