Hello, everytime i log in the game to the server selection screen it shows all the servers are down but bartz. Iv'e been playing for months and now this is happening all of a sudden, and its been going on for 5 days now. Someone please explain to me on what i can do to fix this. I wish to play on Kain >.<
Sounds like you're trying to log into the PTS instead of live.
This is the problem I think.
To the OP: I had the EXACT same problem when I tried to convert the PTS files to the regular game. It turns out I had downloaded the wrong conversion file.
Also, I'm a very big believer in contacting customer service when I have issues that persist. Call me nutty.
I know that players don't feel customer service is "the bees knees" but they have actually helped me more often than not. After C4 my game would crash all the time after about 10 minutes of play. It took a few days but they helped.

I must agree with the others that you are most likely trying to log into PST or that, as Sovrath states, your converson to life wasn't totally successful due to wrong conversion file.
In any case you could indeed always contact customer services. They aren"t fast to reply but they do answer and most of the time have your solution required (at least that has been my experience).
