Ok...so I heard something in game the other day...I heard that a few of the gm's are in a certain ally and have given themselves and others in their alliance xp so that they could reach lvl 80 so they wouldn't have to actually do the grinding. Has anyone else heard of this or is it just a "rumor"? And if it is true...NCSoft that is blatant cheating and what r u going to do about it!

Ok...
First of all, as you probably might know, L2 has some extremely scummy, lying, cheating players wandering around it's game world.
Given that there are all these scummy people, do you doubt the fact that they wouldn't just spread rumors "just because"? I mean, there are players who will blatantly bot, scam, cheat, etc and let anyone know about it.
So it really is no "skin off their nose" to just "say" those types of things in order to upset other players.
I HIGHLY doubt that this is true. NC Soft is a publicly traded company. Unless they want to risk getting a horendous rep and having their stock holders bail because they are not a reliable company I very strongly suspect that they monitor their employees very carefully.
Remember. This is the internet. I could be a 13 year old boy named Peter Parker and I steal money from my mom in order to buy game cards.
You would never know.
Point being. Don't put too much stock in what people on the internet say. Use your better judgment.
Oh, and by the way, NC soft supplies me with all my gear since I'm such a nice guy. I don't have to play the market or anything. I just contact gm "psuedolis" and he gets me whatever I want.
