I need an advice.
My char its OL 61 lvl. I wonder which robe its the best for him Talum tunik or DC robe?Talum its cheaper than DC but decrease the int. and someone told me that i cannot fix this with a dye +int becouse on OL the int cannot change with dyes.Is that true? I am waiting answers from Players that have OL.
If your going to try and be a 'nuker' for pvp go DC.
If your more of a buffer/healer then Tallum is sufficient.
DC has slightly better bonuses, with Speed, Para Resist and the lowered interrupt chance. (The pdef bonus isn't that big of a deal.)
The poison/bleed resist on tallum is ok, but isn't quite as good as the DC para resist. The extra Mdef is pretty decent though considering it compounds the OL's already high Mdef.
Personally I would love to have the Tallum Light or Heavy though on my OL. The heavy for PVE and the Light for party. Robes would be good for siege buff/healing.
You might want to look at the Majestic robe set though. The bonuses on that are pretty nice too....no idea what it goes for on your server though. (That extra MP bonus is very tempting considering the added cost of drains in C5.)

No, it can't be fixed.
I tried the Maj robes and except for being slow butt casting, the added mana and the regen was awsome. Defintately one to consider as a robe for parties as the buffer / healer and sleeper. Course, if it gets bad, you can't sleep nearly as fast as you can with DC.
