So, this is the poll for the players of Korea to vote for the NEW expansion, The Chaotic Throne. As you can see 83,5% have voted for a new playable character race.
It also talks about NEW CONTINENT and about heroes building the kingdom back on them.
Also about more powerful items, and something about territories/nations.

Goodbye is. The island it falls and. About 3 years with everybody Lineage II who comes running together time of chaos (The Chaotic Chronicle) ends the time when is recently, the throne of the Lineage II-chaos which will put in the talk of the true feelings one heroes (The Chaotic Throne) it starts.
From the next update more die one hunting, more the item which is powerful, the which is deepened more it becomes worse and the territory before/before the nation above building the kingdom of back oneself, to hide it makes it does with large epic poem of one heroes and.

ok now looking at this im gonna throw up a few idea's.... or really a main idea that links to others.
So by the looks of things we are looking at a new race most likely the Arteias. A winged angel type race from whats been going arround. Now, where are our new little friends gonna come from that would make their sudden apearance beleveable? The only real answer would be a new continent, there was a map of the L2 world floating arround a while back that showed the entire planned world, this map showed another island out to the west called Garcia (i think). It's not as big as the aden and elmore continent but it would be perfect to situate a new race.
Now im not saying they are gonna add a whole island here, it will most likely be just the starter village for the new race and maybe 1 higher lvl dung to get the higher lvl players to head over there.
Now how are people going to be able to migrate from one island to another? The current ship transport could be used but if u think about it those ships are **** [censored] slow. I really dont think i would head over to the new island if i have to spend an hour on a boat looking out at nothingness. The gatekeepers will most likely have a port added to them but if the GK's could allready port there then why hasn't the race been seen before? Think back to one of the 1st concept images seen way back in prelude, the image shows a blimp/airship type of thing. Wouldn't that be cool way to get to the other island and if it's just been invented this update then it would make for how the new race was discovered.
There are other idea's floating arround in my head but this seems like the most likely one since everything seems to link with something else.

Newrace need's home, home = new island, new island need transport, new transport could be blimp/airaship thing. The end.

I too think this will be the new race. They are the only ones not available in-game that are listed in the Creation of Races (http://www.lineage2.com/background/legends02.html) story. Aerial battles involving this race against wyverns would be an interesting site :D.

Concerning Gracia: there is an ongoing war. If you speak with non-player characters on the western coast in Aden (especially those on Talking Island) you will learn that there are embargos against it. There is a low level quest where you pick up smuggled items from Gracia for a dwarf. So that would explain why we don't get any chances to teleport there and why none have been seen in Aden or Elmore so far.
Think back to one of the 1st concept images seen way back in prelude, the image shows a blimp/airship type of thing.
A while ago, there was a thread concerning Gracia. Someone had mentioned that in Rune there appears to be airports and they believed this would be the launching pad to get across the ocean via airship. Airship travel would be fun and glitching off one even better!
I think once they add a third nation, we can finally have great land wars (isn't that suppose the be the point of Lineage II?). It would be interesting to see how in-game politics would progress if opposing allies controlled their own nations. I would figure that a new continent would be ranked second after a new race. I guess people aren't happy with what we lands we have so far?
Also, it would be nice if we got polls on things like this :(. Even if it is only for show, it might make us feel like we have a bit more say in the development process.

I was wrong about something tho, i have been reading the lore and found this....
But, as always, the arteias were not interested in the politics or wars of the earth. They determined to take neither side and hid themselves deeper in the inlands. The elves despaired.
The inlands are off to the east, so maybe the area of the world behind the Forbiden Gateway will be opened at long last. It's fun to guess what they have planned.
Also, it would be nice if we got polls on things like this :(. Even if it is only for show, it might make us feel like we have a bit more say in the development process.
