Franz is a server, on which have new start a lot of experienced players from different servers. Different servers means different unwritten laws. On some of them protection of bot-parties by forces of known clans or allys has been practicaly legalized, on some ones all "dirty" work was done by untaged alts, on other ones any accident of this kind caused an essential loss on clan's reputation. What rules will be or are already established on franz?
Christ! If anything, there are so many massive egos battling it out on this server, its all "I had this level on that server bla bla bla" Who cares, your only lvl30 on this one lol.
You can see this at the arena when all the egos come out to play.

I dont care what you were or WHO you were on any other server. I came back to this game as a beta player having left for over a year because the illegal activity allowed was insane.
I enjoy the game but NCSoft is allowing illegal activities and driving away the fair honest player on this server. I guess I will get banned from forums for saying this but truth is, if we can spot an illegal player then for sure a GM can.
Put GM's in every starter town and get rid of the illegal players because as a legal player in a starter town you have no chance against someone running illegal programs. Dont tell me to report because I do all my report limits everyday. Train them? Sure but they do not mind if they die and I am a robe wearer, hard to train.
Rid the game of adena farmers and this would be a great game. There is another side to this as well, those who buy are huge contributors because without a market to sell to we would not have adena farmers who typically run 3rd party programs.
Lets calm down. This has been discussed in many threads, and that doesn't help solving the problem. Whinning isn't going to help us in any way. The main reason bots exist is because WE allow them to exist. Buying adena in Ebay or other sites makes the botting profitable, even if NCSoft staff cancel the accounts. But since there'll always be players that try to get things the easy way, then we'll have to accept what we brought on us.
So the only "right" way to act about this is to think about what do YOU want to do, and accept the consecuences of your acts. The "politics" will come as the server keeps on working. Even when it comes to the bots.
You'll hear me comparing Franz to Erica, but I can help it. Half of the time I'm in my former server, and the other half here. And belive me: I love to see the prices here. Let us work for them to stay like that. And I hope to see siege golems on a siege one of these days!
As a former Erica player I agree regarding prices on this server, however that does not excuse the lack of following the EULA, even by the company who made it. I understand the need to be 100% sure and according to the interview on L2 radio with Spam, it takes about a week to investigate.
I will repeat, if you do not buy adena and items outside the game for rl money, then we will see the bots/adena farmers diminish. No market, no reason for them to be here so I would love to see us, on Franz, ban together regarding adena buyers, not just sellers.
