Hello there, please, anybody can help me identify what's this armour?

It's from Gamestop's re-relase site, from thread in general discussion.
I do nto remember I saw that armour, and if I did must have been really looooong time ago (I play since C1)

I think you're right. The color gives it away as a clan armor.

Maybe it's Clan Oath Armor for academy members???

I did not see any type of it on different races and Ncsoft forgot to add it to the library.

Why would he be wearing mismatched boots with clan armour?

This is probably a C1 publicity screen, which would make this reinf... or something I heard about an old mesh for brigandine which no longer exists, but I don't know enough about that.

Hm the issue is I saw some light elf in the same armour depicted on some *cough* God forbid Adena selling ad *cough*, and it was like 2 chronicles ago.
Is that reinf. leather obtainable from shop? If yes I can make some LE male and buy it, then crush to crystals (the armour, not the elf).

to get clan oath, you MUST be in an academy, you MUST have a sponsor, and you MUST have your sponsor with you when doing the clan oath armor quest.

PLUS, to get it, and you can only chose one armor and get it only one time. you have to cough up several hundred D Crystals (i beleive robe set which is the cheapest to get is 755 d crystals and heavy set which is the most expensive is 922 d crystals).

You can't buy them from a store, enless someone has completed the academy and sets up a sell shop of it. At which point i think your going to end up paying WAY more for clan oath then it's similare crystal worth for brig.

As you see he is fighting the Ant Queen, that is a very blueish environment on my computer.

I know how to get clan armour, and I know it looks different on elves than this armour. Actually I was asking how to get reinforced leather ;)
Clan oath has not that exact blue color, it's a bit combined with greenish-blue (hard to describe it in english) and has some decorations on it.

Yup, that's reinforced leather. You can buy the top/bottom at the shop in Giran, and you can craft the boots.
