I know nobody seems to fish these days, but I've made an observation tonight, and was wondering if anyone had shared a similar experience.
For the first half of the night (half an hour), I was getting an extraordinarily high amount of pudgy fish - but then I had to swap places to stop them from taking off with the bait, and suddenly nimble fishes started rolling in (I only walked a few paces left).
Could this be the mysterious differences in fishing spots that the fishermens' manual refers to - a spot-to-spot difference, essentially forcing you to memorise where exactly to stand in order to get specific fish?
Has anyone else made a similar experience, or, for that matter, would anyone else be interested in testing this?

I have noticed getting better fish in certain 'Areas' Then others; but not one inch to the left or such.
well there definately is a difference
if you try and hunt in aden ton you have to move every 5 seconds or the fish nija your bait every time
thats about as far as i would beleave the myth though
I don't know about fishing hot spots but there's certainly some cracking fish hot spots. I crack open a certain fish in a secret location and it almost never fails to give some kind of hat part. Another place gives out angel wing pieces.
