fishing.. yet again

Okay so now we have been fishing in Hot springs. We have gotten a "Old Box" and it gave us "rainbow hall chalet clan hall war decree". So i guess its for the clan hall there. What do i do with this thing? If i dotn want it how much can i sell it for? and finally Is this just a random drop from hot springs fishing? Thanks again for your help. :) Happy safe hunting to all.. And beware of the fish they bit hard.

well they are preatty rare, and hard to obtain.

the more of them a leader has the better chance they have to get into the battle.

So I thing you should sell it for a high value, likee atlest 100k or maybe even more.

It does allow you the chance to own a clan hall.

Well, i have 10 of them now. so they cant be that rare
