Hi. does anyone know if the effects of wisdom of paagrio (accumen) and power of paagrio (might) are added with rage of paagrio (berserk), or does RoP cancel the other two out?

They all stack.
So Might adds on with Beserk's + patk, while Tact pretty much cancels out the -Evasion. Same with the Mdef buff. In general the negatives from Berserk are mostly canceled and overridden by your other buffs. Only place this might cause issues is small parties in very tough areas where the -eva or -pdef might overwork your healer. (And if so, you're in to **** deep anyway...) Or if you have a non-orc mystic melee buffed with Berserk without the Vampiric Rage/Chant buff.
For siege/raid/pvp you might want to avoid it on non-ranged....but that hasn't changed since previous chronicles anyway.
