academys?

where would the best place to look for a good academy be?

Essentially, most of the active clans on your server will have opened academies. All you have to do is find out about a clan you like and approach them.

Clans absolutely love academy characters. Virtually every level 5 and above clan is in a major push to get reputation points to level the clan, and academy characters are the best way. What nameless meant is if you don't think the clan is doing enough to help you, you have a million other choices.

I know our clan wont take random lvl 20s into their acadamy. We only do alts for acadamy... I can't speak for others though.

Every new player who you put through academy is one less person who needs to take time off their main to do it.

bit scary on gunstin where it is common place to place an alt in other ppls clans to steal rep points

That should only be possible in cases of mutual clan war.

If there was a way to set it so that you can hide main clan stats, chat, and ally chat from Academy members then I would allow outsiders into my academy. Othewise.... alts it will have to be.

We have not changed our recruitment methods with the advent of C5. For what it's worth.

The whole point of this system was to help newbies out a bit, we'll recruit them just like we always have.

You cant get rep points stolen from Academy members because they cannot be warred.

Considering the war status of most clans hitting lvl 6 and the fact that the academy has full access to clan and ally chat and most likely the ally vent also.. Its a huge security risk to invite random lowbies.
