Well, i guess it's always like that in Lineage, you have to be VERY patient and never give up on anything !
Here is the beauty (the armor, not me :p) :
I actually saw a FULL rind set for sale as I was nearing completion of my set. 5.6 mill.. I would have bought it it I didn't have all the pieces to craft except 2.

First i thought about quitting the game entirely, then he convinced me to give Lionna and Echoes Of Darkness a try, and now playing a new character on Lionna makes me wanna play Grazzt again on Teon !
So, instead of not playing anymore, now i'll be playing my two characters !!! :o

I used to have Rind Leather! :) I got it back in C-grade for no other reason than it was gorgeous! Actually, I got it before it became pretty... it was quite hideous in C1! But I had seen pictures of what it would look like so I got it and just waited for C2 and the new textures to come out! LOL
Aw ****. I dont know how many dwarven chain parts Ive NPC'd. If I had known that it was a good looking set, I might have crafted it :confused: I always had an image in my mind of it being very plain and ugly looking - for no good reason really. "Dwarven chain" just doesnt sound pretty :p

I dont care about grinding, PvPing, being "über" or anything, i only care about having fun !
So yes, i couldnt care less about being a Shillien Knight with Light Armor, as a matter of fact i went from lv30 to 45 using Dual Swords, just because they look cool, and that's all that matters to me :p

Yes, i picked up this character because i liked the Skills, they seemed very visual to me, with the Cubics and all. Besides, i could solo a lot cos at first i didnt know anyone who played this game, and, well, i just loved the name "Shillien Knight", how can the OverLord of the Shillien Empire not be a Shillien Knight anyway ? :p
you fit well into the role of an RP'er, but i must also point out what saek was tryin to voice;
in light armor you would be best in one of a number of classes. in keeping with your Dark Elf love, you would be quite right to say "phantom summoner" and "Phantom ranger" or "abyss walker" all of whom are VERY fun to play.
ever swung a dagger so fast it was blinding? i subbed an AW on the pts, and man i can tell you fully buffed you would be phoenomenally fast it would amaze you.
you say you like cubics ... well theres always dedicated summoner. cubics are fun as one, and the summons get very good very fast.
lat us not forget the PR; king of bows. well, prince if you arent someone who boxes a buffer. pr in b grade kills SO DANG FAST and hits SO DANG HARD it'd knock your rind off.

if he wanted a char that used duals, he could have been a BD and had everything that the SK that he uses has. (at least, everything that matters) and a whole lot more.

I play this game as a MMO RPG , you seem to play it as an XBox fighting game, that's your choice, leave me alone with mine ! I'm always amazed at the narrow-mind of some people...

I picked up dwarven chain top and bottoms from Atro for something like 1.5 mill, totally worth it considering manticore boots in D grade go for like 2 mill on Kain.
eh, my warsmith is (now) wearing dwarven chain. she has had the mats (except the gloves) for ages, just no crafter. found a crafter for the bottom a couple of days ago, and found the top cheap a week ago. oddly enough, about a day after I got the bottoms crafted, Isk got a full drop of Dwarven Chain Gaiters, which I crystallized. (warlocks need c crystals, badly)
the good news is that Cat has the recipes for the complete set (including the shield) and Isk has been picking up the mats (Pavel Ruins), so I probably can turn them out en masse as soon as Cat hits 43. well, almost, I'm missing glove mats. s'odd that every BUT the glove mats drop in Pavel Ruins, actually...
I find most crafters are very open to crafting stuff, even rare goofy junk if you have the rec for them. I found someone to do the boots in Dion, let them have the rec for nothing and got a 1 a craft out of it. It's not likely I'll be making a second set since I doubt I'll ever drop the stuff now.
